We present to your attention a novelty from a series of modernized classics - the universal distillation apparatus "Izyumovka Light".

"Izyumovka Light" is a simplified version of the "Izyumovka" distiller. The only difference is the absence of a built-in gin-basket (flavoring device), but with all the other advantages of a modernized classic distiller:
The first is an ordinary-looking cooler (refrigerator), which in fact is a shell-and-tube cooler (refrigerator) with a unique performance.

The construction of the cooler has 7 tubes in which the vapors are evenly cooled. Water for cooling is supplied to the cooler from below. Due to the cut washers on the sides, the water rises evenly. This cooler (refrigerator) model is a unique offer on the market. Utilization power - up to 2.5 kW (3 l/hour).

The Dimroth dephlegmator (pre-cooler) is a spiral of 6 turns 60 mm high, which is built into the tsarga (tube). Used for pre-cooling of vapor.

Also, you can place a Panchenkova nozzle (included in the kit) into the tsarga and get distillates with a strength of up to 85%!

And yet, due to the clamp connection, you can upgrade the device, for example, increase the height with the help of an additional tsarga (tube), which will provide additional strengthening of the product and turn your device into a full-fledged distillation column. 

"Izyumovka Light" is a relatively inexpensive device with its capabilities. An excellent choice for novice distillers who do not plan to sell the purchased device in two months in order to purchase "something more interesting".

The 25 liters domed tank is made of stainless steel. The removable flange makes it easy to pour the mash and wash the distillation tank. The useful volume is increased due to the domed lid (it is possible to fill the mash to the brim, without fear that when boiling it will fall into the cooler or distiller).

The tank of the distillation apparat "Izyumovka Light" is equipped with a safety valve that is activated when the outlet is clogged and, as a result, the pressure in the distillation tank increases. In this case, excess vapor escapes through the valve.

The bottom of the device, made of a ferromagnetic alloy, allows it to be used on any types of stoves (gas, electric, ceramic, induction).

Heat-resistant, ergonomically shaped plastic wing nuts make it possible to avoid burns.
Plastic can withstand high temperatures. A thermometer helps to control the process, which is placed using a sleeve with a hermetic silicone cuff (manzhet).

The primary cleaning of the drink takes place in the tsarga (tube). The second is in a shell-and-tube refrigerator. The final product is of excellent quality because it does not contain harmful impurities.

Due to the special shape of the dephlegmator, a high concentration of alcohol is ensured (from 30 to 90 percent). There is a place in the tsarga for special fillers that purify the product from sulfur compounds and impurities contained in fruit and grain mash. Thick connecting tubes of the device significantly speed up the process. The device has reliable protection against clogging.
