Easy of use and storage

The improved tsarga, filled with filler, can be easily detached from the lid without the risk of spillage. Now there is no need to store the tsarga with a lid or pre-pour the nozzle.

Assemble the device in minutes

It takes a minimum of time to switch device to potstill mode after rectification mode. Two tsargas can be detached from the lid without spilling the filler, and the rest of the column can simply be lowered down. The collapsible column opens up opportunities for modernization.

Branded distillation tank

An even more thorough approach to the manufacture of tanks is the maximum attention to every detail. The basic complectation of the distillation apparatus "Futurist 3.0" includes a new generation tank with an outlet for a 3-inch clamp with a volume of 37 liters.

The new tank is better than its predecessors in every way: smooth welds, perfect polishing, complete tightness of all connections for safe use. The capacity of tanks without covers fully corresponds to the declared volumes. The appearance of the tanks retained its branded identity and remained recognizable.

Tank specifications

• New bottom welding technology. In branded tanks there are no hard-to-reach places where dirt can accumulate. Corrosion does not appear on a perfectly smooth polished surface and microcracks do not form.
• Tanks are suitable for use on any stoves (gas, electric, ceramic, induction).

• The cover is fixed on the cube using a convenient and reliable adjustable collar. A U-shaped silicone gasket 4 mm thick ensures the tightness of the connection.
• The cover of the tank has a domed shape, equipped with a 3-inch clamp outlet. A sleeve with a silicone cuff (manzhet) is provided for placing the thermometer. The safety valve serves as a guarantee of safe work.
• The tank construction provides an outlet for a heating element of 3 or 4.5 kW. The heating element can be used as an independent heating source or with a stove to increase the productivity of the device. Due to the smooth adjustment of the heating power, the distiller with a heating element is simple and easy to use.

For the column, we manufacture efficient units and high quality components. All structural elements are mounted on clamp connections. If necessary, the column can be easily disassembled into separate parts.

The new version of the column construction includes 2 tsargas of 650 and 350 mm with clamps of 3 inches. The increased volume of the tsargas allows placing more nozzles in them to improve the quality of the separation of vapors into fractions during the rectification process.

The cross-sectional area of the 3-inch tsarga is 4180 sq. mm., which is 2.5 times larger than that of the 2-inch tsarga (1810 sq. mm.). This allows high heating power to be supplied without the risk of column flooding.

• Due to the increased area, the time of the heat-and-mass transfer process in the 3 inches tsarga will be longer, which means that the separation of vapors into fractions will be of better quality, and the final product will be cleaner.
• With 3" tsargas the selection process is up to 2.5 times faster than with 2" tsargas! At the same time, the balance between descending phlegm and ascending vapors is maintained.
• With 3" tsargas you'll get rectified pure alkohol 96.6 degrees at 2 liters per hour with no problems.

A sleeve for a thermometer is welded in the middle of each tsarga (tube) and is equipped with a branded silicone cuff (manzhet). We have determined the optimal location of the sleeve from the results of our own tests.

The silicone cuff holds the size from 2 to 6 mm, so it can be used both for placing a thermometer and for connecting automation.

No longer need to pour-out the filler to switch to another mode or store the tsargas together with the lid. In the new version of the device "Futurist 3.0" we have solved this problem: now everything is removed easily and simply due to the development of a unique design solution.

• The crosshair is welded into the lower tsarga, has an aesthetic appearance and makes the work of the column as convenient as possible.
• The intersection does not create obstacles for the passage of vapors, so the risk of column flooding is excluded.
• Due to the crosshair and locking wad, there is no risk of spillage of the filler.
  

Steam selection is the optimal solution for high quality finished product at high speed. The construction of the "Futurist 3.0" column uses a 3/2-inch vapor selecting unit. Its construction provides for a 2 inch 3/4 outlet, a 3/4 stainless full bore tap, a 3/4 screw transition to a 2 inch clamp.

The presence of a 3-inch clamp on the selection unit made it possible to solve several very important issues and make the use of the column even more convenient:

• You can start the potstill mode without using the tsarga. To do this it is enough to remove the tsargas filled with filler and simply lower the selection unit with a refrigerator onto a cube.
• The updated vapor selection unit additionally acts as a phlegm concentrator. The washer is welded to the 2" side a little higher, which allows the phlegm to flow directly onto the filler, and not along the walls.

The device "Futurist 3.0" is equipped with a full-fledged 2-inch refrigerator, which is designed for cooling and condensing alcohol vapors

• Through our own testing, we have improved the internal construction and significantly increased the performance.
• The shell-and-tube refrigerator has a length of 400 mm, 7 tubes of 8 mm.
• For convenience, the screw connections for water inlet and outlet were moved, as well as the connection tube with the atmosphere, so that the refrigerator could be placed and used at any angle in any direction from the tank.
• To prevent the formation of stagnant zones, water is supplied to the refrigerator tank from below. The construction of the refrigerator is provided with 5 countercurrent washers, which provide a uniform passage of the water flow for continuous cooling of the vapors passing through the tubes and its condensation into the final product. The refrigerator is intended for distillation of large volumes of product, has a utilization capacity of up to 8 kW. Vapor passing through the tubes condenses and cools into the final product, which flows into the container.
  
  

Dimroth refrigerator - in the basic configuration, this is a one-piece structure with a length of 400 mm in a tsarga (tube) with a diameter of 2 inches. On the top of the refrigerator there is a connection with the atmosphere, screw connections for the removal and supply of water. Inside the refrigerator is a spiral of a 6 mm tube 4 meters long, through which water flows for cooling.

We offer one-piece and collapsible models of refrigerators. Appearance does not affect performance in any way.

• A one-piece refrigerator in the tsarga is included in the basic complectation. Its length is 400 mm. The main advantage of a one-piece refrigerator is its affordable cost. The whole structure cannot be disassembled.

• Collapsible Dimroth in a stainless tsarga. The water-cooled spiral is placed in the tsarga on the clamp connection. The total length of the refrigerator is 400 mm. Due to the collapsible construction, it is convenient to maintain.
• Collapsible Dimrot in a glass tsarga. The length of the refrigerator is 460 mm. With such a refrigerator, you will enjoy the aesthetic pleasure of contemplating the process, but its cost is higher than that of a one-piece model.

• Stable operation of the system, which does not depend on the rate of water supply;
• Easy adjustment with full-bore tap;
• During fractional selection, it is not necessary to constantly monitor the column (it is enough to slightly open the tap to select "heads" and open the tap to a larger angle to select the "body").
