Principle of operation: Condensate, flowing down the spherical cover of the unit, enters the phlegm-accumulative zone. Excess liquid through round holes is directed to the reflux concentrator, flows down the wall and is centered by a short tube.

With the help of a needle valve, you can adjust the process of liquid selection. Setting drop-by-drop selection of "heads" does not cause any difficulties.

The thermometer is located in the steam zone, which makes it possible to measure the temperature of the steam without condensate getting on it and without temperature jumps.

Passage holes for steam and reflux are staggered. Thanks to this solution, the steam does not interfere with the movement of phlegm inside the "glass" and all the condensate enters the center of the selection unit (reflux concentrator). Then he goes to the center of the main tube (tsarga) to irrigate the nozzle (main tube filler).

Aftercooler (Magnum Still)

The aftercooler has a wire wound in a spiral inside to direct the water flow in a circle, which ensures maximum heat transfer of the cooling water. The power of such a condenser is up to 4.5 kW (up to 10 l / h) when the product is taken "by liquid".

The cooling water inlet and outlet fittings have a 1/4" internal thread. Quick couplings are designed to connect a hose with an outer diameter of 10 mm.

ATTENTION: it is important when assembling that the arrow on the needle valve is directed DOWN, to the connection with the aftercooler (as shown in the picture). Otherwise, the thread of the connection may be damaged.

The "Magnum Spirit" package includes a new generation tank with a dome lid on a 2-inch clamp with a volume of 40 liters.

All tanks are designed for use on all types of stoves.

The lid is domed. It is securely fixed by means of a clamping system consisting of four latches. The silicone gasket ensures the tightness of the connection. On the lid there is a sleeve for a thermometer, equipped with a special hermetic cuff, and an outlet for a 2-inch clamp. The function of the overpressure valve is performed by latches. Their flexible design relieves excess pressure. A ball valve provides drainage.

In the production of new generation cubes, innovative technology is used. The "seamless" design does not allow the remains of the mash to get stuck or burnt particles to accumulate. Perfect grinding eliminates the appearance of corrosion and microcracks.

In improved tanks there is an outlet for a heating element with a power of 3 or 4.5 kW. The heating element can be used as an alternative heating source instead of a stove or in combination with it to increase productivity.
